I wanted to share the wonderful experience we had when we bought our Class A Moterhome.
We drove 7 hours to check out a moterhome we saw on line. We talked to Rick many times before making the trip. He was very helpful answering all our questions. We knew this was the moterhome we wanted.
When we got there they made us feel like family. The moterhome was beautiful. Rick answered all questions. No pressure at all.
Ray was also awesome. He helped us with our financing and very helpful with insurance.

Buying from this place was the best decision we could have made.  We were completely new to this but covid hit and we were looking for ways to travel.  We started looking at Sprinters and we looked everywhere.  We got to Conejo and it was the first time we felt like we were in the right place.  They sold us a barely used 4wd Sprinter nicknamed The Beast.  We have had it for months and every little problem we have they fix, they help us through learning all about it.  They never "nickel and dime" you and they stand behind everything they sell.  We call from the road, we text at off hours with questions and they are always helping us out Rick and Jim were great and for service Nathan always responds quickly and takes the time we need.  This is the only place I would  buy from.  No red tape, no big overselling, just nice guys selling and standing behind what they sell.

We cannot begin to tell you about the rare experience Lucy and I had during the 3 days and 2 nights we spent at Conejo -wholesale-auto this past week. Not only do they walk the walk and talk the talk, Kirk, Sergio, Jim, and Noel do it with enthusiasm and make you feel at home in many, many ways, too numerous to mention. We purchased a 2008 Dolphin class A at the very best price we could find anywhere on the West coast and beyond, and the 4 persons mentioned above went out of their way to satisfy our many demands, and there were probably more than any average sales or service person would put up with, but they sure did all they could to satisfy Lucy and I.
Told a few people we met at this dealership that Kirk, who is the General Mgr., was as honest as the day was long, but it's too bad this was such a short day (kidding).
 
Just to name a few of the goodwill things that we experienced are as follows:
Towing pigtail on our cord did not match up to the Dolphins two available connections. Kirk called a local shop and within an hour or so, we had the right connections ready for towing.
Moved several motorhomes to provide us a space with power to allow us to stay 2 nights
Sergio and Noel were extremely helpful in educating us on equipment unfamiliar to us.
Kirk even filed down our towing bar connections in order to have it fit the Dolphin receiver.
 
Much of this happened on a Friday evening, as we were scheduled to depart early Sat. AM and we did just that, and drove 150 miles to our home in Arroyo Grande Ca. without a single problem. The Dolphin handled like a dream, with new tires and batteries, a full tank of gas (75 gallons) and a full propane tank (24 gallons) all furnished by this excellent dealership. It doesn't get any better than this, no matter where you buy.

Just thought I would send you a quick note just to let you know that we are still enjoying the RV we bought from you last year.
After parking it in Round Rock, Austin, Texas over the winter we flew back in May this year, turned the key, and everything was ready to go! Over the past three months we have seen so much of the USA and we are Manchester Tennessee today. We intend from here to go down to Florida and then across back to Texas. leaving it there in November with the intention of taking it for it's third journey next year!

I am writing to share with you the great experience we had with Rick, Jim and Glen and their team of professionals at Conejo Wholesale Auto & RV. We are from Southern Alberta Canada and had been looking for a motorhome to fit our needs for several months. We came across one through an internet search. I contacted Rick and Jim to find out more about their business and the motorhome we were intersted in. From day 1, they were very helpful and easy to deal with. A couple weeks later, we purchased the unit and made our way down to get it. Our flight was 5 hours delayed, Rick's team waited for us to arrive around 8pm that night. Following this, they took the time to go through the motorhome in great detail with us so that we understood how everything worked and to ensure that everything was working. We ended up leaving around 9:30pm that night and started our 25 hour trip home. I am happy to say that we made it home without any issues at all including our short stop at the border. Rick had all the paperwork ready for us at Conejo and when we got to the border we were literally there for 15 minutes because Rick had everything in order there as well.
I would strongly recommend dealing with Rick and his team at Conejo RV. Canadian buyers you have nothing to fear with this group of professionals. They have quality units and a great staff to back up their reputation. We will definitely encourage all our friends to check them out and in the future look forward to doing business with them again.

I want to let you know that Tommye and I were both very pleased with the transaction to purchase our 2008 National Sea Breeze. During our transaction, we came into contact with three of your employees and each gave us excellent service.Glen is a great salesman - no pressure and willing to spend the time required to provide any information requested. He satisfied all our requirements to complete the deal. He is definitely a good representation of your company. Because Glen was not working the day we took delivery, Jim finished our paperwork and got us underway. He did this with great efficiency and the speed at getting the paperwork out of the way was appreciated.Sergio did an excellent job of going through the delivery inspection of the RV. He was very thorough and went out of his way to take care of three minor issues that came up during the inspection. My wife and I took a big chance. We put a $500 deposit on a Lance truck camper, via fax, after speaking with Rick and Jim on the phone about a truck camper they had advertised online. We live in Mesa, Arizona, which is 430 miles away. We decided to trust them when they said the camper was in excellent condition and that all of the appliances worked. (Rather critical when you consider that a new RV refrigerator can easily cost $1700).
After driving seven hours to view the camper, we were pleased and relieved to discover that their description was accurate. The camper was in excellent condition and everything worked as described, including the generator, refrigerator, air conditioning, and water system. It even had a solar panel, something their ad had not mentioned. We bought the camper and saved about $4000 over what it would have cost us in Arizona. On top of that, they give us a 45 day warrantyon all appliances! Glen, our sales assistant, made the purchase very easy and painless, and assisted us with all the little details in getting the camper loaded on our truck and safely home.
Needless to say, we give them our highest recommendations. Everyone was friendly, helpful, solicitous, and trustworthy. I dare you to find a better place to buy a pre-owned RV.

I spoke with him on Monday, Aug.1st. He took the time to research what grate was correct for my oven, ordered it and had it shipped express to my home. I had the grate on Aug. 8th.
